The gaming packages and incentives are severely reduced from previous stays here as well. The golf course is nice, but there is nothing family oriented for entertainment in the area. No pool, spa, gym, or anything resembling what I call a resort. For this being called a "resort" the entertainment options were very limited. The card table area is small and limited, but the dealers are all friendly. The slots were outdated and often out of service while we were there. The front line workers were by far the best aspect of this experience. Although, I did ask some locals we met while there, and we were informed the hotel manager is part owner in a restaurant/bar just down the road, so perhaps this explains a lot about the decline in quality in the restaurant. The buffet restaurant recently changed menus, and we felt it was a downgrade from the previous menu. The food in the Back Bay (sports bar) was pretty good, although some of the wait staff were unfriendly. The other is more of a bar/restaurant with t.v.'s all over the room. There are two restaurants in the building, one has a buffet and a standard menu. The rooms are nothing spectacular, but are clean and comfortable. Overall the staff are great and friendly, always happy to answer questions or help in any way. We have stayed at this establishment a few times while in the area.
